Quickbooks A-Z workshop

The 5 week “Quickbooks A-Z” workshop runs Tuesday,  9/14/10 through Tuesday,  10/12/10   6-8 pm weekly.

Learn the following:

• Setup a company
• The difference between sales receipts and invoices
• Enter and pay bills
• Write checks
• Enter credit card charges
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Print Reports
• and more….

My “Quickbooks A-Z” workbook is included in the workshop fee.  Please note: if you’ve already purchased the workbook, and decide you would like to attend the workshop, you can pay the discounted rate.  A printed copy of the workbook is required for attendance at this workshop.

Payroll Workshop

The 3 hour “Payroll Using Quickbooks” workshop runs Tuesday,  10/26/10      9-noon

Learn the following:

• Setup your company for payroll
• Add and edit employees
• Learn why payroll items are so important
• Enter hours and run paychecks
• Run quarterly reports and pay payroll taxes
• Print Payroll Reports

Workshop enrollment policy:

• You will be officially enrolled in the workshop once a paypal payment is received.  See the “Buy Now” button previously.  NOTE: you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay this way.
• An email address is required for enrollment.  Pre-class information will be sent this way.  Please put your first and last name in the required fields in the Paypal system.
• Enrollment/payment is required at least 7 days before the start of the workshop.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop start, a $67 book fee will be assessed for the Quickbooks A-Z workbook, and a $20 book fee will be assessed for the Payroll workbook.  However, you may stop and pick up your book, or have a digital copy emailed to you.
