Quickbooks Tutorial: Emailing Invoices and Statements

I have gotten several questions in and around the subject of emailing invoices from Quickbooks. This video tutorial touches on several different topics involved with emailing out of Quickbooks.

Two things I didn’t mention in the video:

1. If you don’t have Microsoft Outlook, you will only be able to email invoices or statements by converting them to a PDF file and attaching them to your email manually.

2. If you want to email more than one invoice in one email, you’ll have to save those invoices into PDF files in a folder on your computer, then attach them manually to your email. Otherwise, Quickbooks generates a new email for each invoice.

To see step-by-step emailing instructions, watch the video below:

When I use Quickbooks e-mail feature (not Outlook), after I e-mail a Quickbooks invoice where do I go later to view the sent e-mail so that I can see the written comments that I included in that e-mail?
